The distinctive climate, along with volcanic and iron-rich red soils, produce fruit with great balance and intensity. This wine displays aromas of subtle toffee, flint, savory dark caramel, coffee with cream, toasty oak, smoked paprika, black cherry, and black fruit on the nose. It is full-bodied with firm tannins yet offers soft supple layers of espresso, toast, mocha, concentrated berries, and vanilla. The finish ends with well-integrated oak.
BLEND: 96% Cabernet Sauvignon; 4% Petit Verdot.
